For online readings, we use LoRaWAN technology. Meter readings are performed fully automatically without a technician’s physical presence on the premises or in the apartment. Consumption data and any alarm notifications (water leaks, reverse flow, ...) are available at any time. Meters are equipped with an integrated LoRa module, with data transmission secured by an antenna (gateway) that sends data via the internet to our remote reading web application. Antennas are available for both outdoor and indoor installation. It is advisable to install the antenna in a location with the best range, connected to 230V power and the internet via a LAN cable or data SIM card.
